early arrival & late departures

If you plan to arrive early and wish to access your room immediately, we recommend booking the room for the previous night to ensure availability.
For late departures, reserving the room for an additional night will guarantee access until your departure.

guaranteed reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed with an advance payment.
A guaranteed reservation ensures your room is held even in case of late check-in.
A one-night deposit is required for all bookings. Reservations made through the website must be secured with a valid credit card.

cancellations of booking

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel within this period will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

The resort reserves the right to cancel bookings under certain conditions, including festival dates, long weekends, and special occasions.
